(?) I left an item in departure or at the airport. How do I contact Lost & Found?

(+) At Soekarno-Hatta airport Cengkareng, please dial 021-5506257 or 5506261 for Domestic departure and 5506073 or 5506076 for International departure.
At other destination cities you can contact Lost & Found in each destination city or click here.

(?) If I didn't make a report for the missing baggage at the arrival station, What should I do now ?

(+) Please report it by phone to the nearest Garuda Indonesia office, our Lost & Found staff at the airport will issue a Courtesy Report that does not function as liability evident.

(?) What do I do if my baggage is damaged?

(+) Before leaving the arrival hall, make sure that your baggage is received in good condition. If you discover the damage before leaving the arrival hall, you should report it to Domestic or International Lost & Found unit at the airport to get Property Irregularity Report receipt (PIR). The Lost & Found staff shall then repair it as soon as possible when it’s repairable but if it is beyond repair your baggage shall then be replaced with a new one. If your report is made after leaving the arrival hall, our staff will issue a Courtesy Report as the replacement of PIR for you. However the Courtesy Report document is not a Carrier Liability Evident.

(?) How much luggage can I bring on board?

(+) You are allowed to bring only one hand carry luggage sized 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and weighing in not more than 07kgs. As additional you may bring another one such as beauty case or laptop case.

(?) What happens if my baggage gets delayed?

(+) Please make sure that you are given a PIR report from our staff at the Lost and Found. In some cases if you are not traveling back home, you will be granted a First Need Compensation, which will be paid in cash.
