FAQ

Visit BTN branch office and open Batara account and BTN Garuda Debit Card. Member of Garuda Indonesia Citibank/GICC or EC+ unable to open BTN GARUDA Debit Card.

Existing regular member GarudaMiles, member Garuda BNI Credit Card, BNI Garuda Debit Card, Mandiri Garuda Debit Card, or BRI Garuda Debit Card able to own BTN GARUDA Debit Card.

Status member for new enrollment to be GarudaMiles Blue.

For existing Batara Account holder, please request replacement card. Top Up Fresh fund Rp 200,000 and cost for replacement card applied.

Member who open Batara account and BTN Garuda Debit card also transact use BTN GARUDA Debit Card will get miles:

  • Bonus 700 Miles for new opening Batara Account and BTN Garuda Debit Card for minimal deposit Rp 5,000,000,- and hold for 6 months.

Member can download and log in digital card via Garuda Indonesia Mobile Apps. For GarudaMiles Gold and Platinum will printed physical card. For existing member GarudaMiles will not get GarudaMiles card.
