GPS Type A

  • Applicable at all domestic and international departure airports, except King Abdul Aziz International Airport Jeddah (JED), Prince Mohammad Bin Abdul Aziz Airport Madinah (MED), and Hamad International Airport Doha (DOH).
  • Only valid for Economy Class passengers.

GPS Type B

  • Applicable at all departure, arrival, and transit points on domestic and international routes at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (CGK), I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS), and Surabaya Airport (SUB).
  • Valid for both Economy Class and Business Class passengers.

GPS Type C

  • Applicable at all domestic and international departure and transit points at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (CGK) and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS).
  • Only valid for Economy Class passengers.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. Passengers can book GPS Type A services no later than 5 (five) hours before departure.
  2. Passengers can book GPS Type B & C services no later than 24 hours before departure.
  3. Applicable to all domestic and international flights of Garuda Indonesia, except for code share/interline flights operated by other airlines.
  4. Passengers aged 2 (two) years and above are subject to charges for the GarudaPriority Service. If one or both parents of a child aged 2 years or older are GarudaMiles Platinum/SkyTeam Elite Plus members, the child will still be charged for the GPS service.
  5. GPS services can only be used on the same date as the passenger's flight.
  6. One (1) voucher/EMD code is valid for one (1) passenger only. If more than one passenger is included in a single booking code, all passengers must purchase the same type of GPS product.
  7. In specific situations, to maintain operational smoothness, one (1) Passenger Relations Officer (PRO) may assist more than one (1) passenger simultaneously while prioritizing passenger comfort.
  8. GPS services are not applicable for connecting flights with other airlines, including SkyTeam member airlines.
  9. Passengers must present the following documents to access GPS services:
    • Voucher code or EMD
    • Identification card (KTP or Passport)
    • Boarding pass
  10. Reschedule Policy:
    • Involuntary : Reschedules will follow the new flight schedule.
    • Voluntary : Reschedules are allowed only once per voucher/EMD code and must be requested no later than 24 hours before departure. Required documents include the lounge booking code, GPS voucher/EMD code, and details of the reschedule.

  11. Refund Policy:
  12. Voluntary refunds requested by passengers are not allowed. However, involuntary refunds (due to airline errors) can be submitted under the following conditions:

    1. Flight cancellation
    2. Schedule changes
    3. Failure to re-accommodate
    4. Over-carriage or under-carriage
    5. Offloading due to cancellation of passenger participation
    6. Missed flight connection
    7. Security or legal reasons
    8. Force majeure

    Refunds can be processed no later than 3 (three) days after the flight date (e.g., for a flight on May 10, 2024, the refund must be processed by May 13, 2024). Refunds can only be processed at Garuda Indonesia Sales Offices or Garuda Indonesia Airport Ticket Offices.

    • Visit the website at www.garuda-indonesia.com and book an Economy Class ticket.
    • Select the desired Economy Class flight.
    • Ensure the selected flight details are correct, then click ‘Continue to Passenger Details’.
    • Fill in passenger details and click ‘Continue to Additional Service’.
    • On the Additional Services page, click ‘Select GarudaPriority Service’ under the GarudaPriority Service section.
    • Review the GPS benefits and click ‘Buy Now’.
    • Select GarudaPriority Service Signature.
    • If all details are correct, click ‘Add GarudaPriority Service’.
    • Click ‘Submit GarudaPriority Service’.
    • Proceed by clicking ‘Continue to Booking Details’.
    • After reviewing your booking, check the checkbox and click ‘Continue to Payment’ to proceed with payment.
    • The confirmation of your GPS purchase will be sent via email.

    Available only for GPS Type A (Signature).

  2. FlyGaruda App
    • Open the FlyGaruda app and book an Economy Class ticket through the ‘Booking’ menu.
    • After filling in passenger details, click ‘Submit’.
    • When the Trip Confirmation pop-up appears, click ‘Yes, Continue’.
    • On the Review Booking page, select ‘GarudaPriority Service’.
    • Choose the desired airport and click ‘Add Service’.
    • Check the checkbox and click ‘Submit’.
    • Proceed by clicking ‘Go to Payment’ to complete the payment process.
    • Confirmation of your GPS purchase will be sent via email.
