FLEET REVITALIZATION

We continue to expand our fleet based on the growth and potential of the market

Garuda Indonesia's fleet revitalization program is designed to modernize its aging assets, positioning the airline to better capitalize on the continued growth of the aviation market.

As part of this initiative, the airline is expanding its fleet by adding new aircraft to meet the increasing demand across various market segments. Simultaneously, Garuda Indonesia is working to streamline and refresh its fleet, aiming to improve service quality and achieve greater operational efficiency.

The fleet will be standardized by aircraft type: the Boeing 737-800NG for short-haul and regional routes, the Airbus A330-200/300/900neo for medium-haul routes and the Boeing 777-300ER for long-haul routes.

*Currently, Garuda Indonesia operates a fleet of 69 aircraft, including Boeing 777-300ER, 737-800NG, Airbus A330-200, A330-300 and A330-900neo. As of 30 September 2023, the average age of its fleet is 11.6 years.
