Starting March 29, 2025, the partnership between Garuda Indonesia and All Nippon Airways (ANA) will officially end. You will no longer be able to accumulate or redeem GarudaMiles for flights or services provided by ANA.
GarudaMiles accrual for retro claims is available until May 31, 2025. While flight period (DOT), no later than March 29th, 2025.

Award ticket reservations can be made until March 28, 2025, with a maximum departure period until March 2026.

Award ticket refunds can be requested until March 28, 2025.
