The main benefit of GarudaMiles membership is that you will get the chance to collect Award Miles, which are redeemable for an Award Ticket and Upgrade Award, not only for yourself but also for your family or colleagues. Award Miles redemption applies to Garuda Indonesia and/or code-share flights operated by Garuda Indonesia and/or other airlines that have FFP cooperation with Garuda Indonesia.
How to Redeem Award Miles for Award Ticket via Website (Online)
- Visit Garuda Indonesia Website
- Login to your GarudaMiles account. Fill in your email or GarudaMiles number and Password, then click login.
- Fill your desired travel details on the booking form:
- Oneway / roundtrip
- Departure and Arrival city
- Date of travel
- Total of passenger
- Cabin class
- Click "Redeem My GarudaMiles" then "

- Continue the process by selecting flight schedule and follow the instruction then completing the payment of taxes and fuel surcharges.
How to Redeem Award Miles for Award Ticket via Fly Garuda App (Online)
- Open Fly Garuda App, which you can download on the Google Play Store for Android or on the App Store for iOS.
- Login to your GarudaMiles account. Fill in your email or GarudaMiles number and Password, then click “Log In”.
- Fill your desired travel details on the booking form:
- Oneway / roundtrip
- Departure and Arrival city
- Date of travel
- Total of passenger
- Desired cabin class
- Choose "Redeem My GarudaMiles" then “Search”
- Continue the process by selecting flight schedule and follow the instruction then completing the payment of taxes and fuel surcharges.

Submit the completed and signed Award Ticket form along with your original and valid GarudaMiles membership card and ID (KTP, passport), original family card (barcode/non barcode). Members outside Indonesia can show their original passport. |

Claim the Award Ticket at the same Garuda Indonesia Sales Office where you submitted your form. Signed duty stamp by GarudaMiles account owner and authorized person must showing the original identity card, passport and family card of the GarudaMiles account owner |
