- Program Period: March 1st - April 30th, 2025.
- Valid only for GarudaMiles members with active membership and who have never registered as a new QNB First customer (New to Bank “NTB”).
- To participate in this program, GarudaMiles members must meet the following criteria:
- The member is a new QNB First customer (New to Bank) with fresh fund placements originating from other banks.
- Eligible GarudaMiles members as per point 3 must adhere to the following conditions:
- Register as a QNB First customer and sign the Program Participation Form (this date will be recorded as the program registration date).
- Place fresh funds in a Premium Savings Account and activate QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking no later than 14 days after the program registration date.
- The placement of funds in the Premium Savings Account will be held for the duration specified in the scheme (4 months).
- NTB QNB First Basic Program Scheme:
- Cashback, Life Reward Points, and GarudaMiles will be credited no later than two (2) months after the signing of the Program Participation Form (e.g., customers registering in January 2025 will receive their cashback in March 2025).
- Cashback taxes will be borne by the customer in accordance with applicable regulations.
- QNB reserves the right to cancel GarudaMiles credits and, if necessary, void transactions if any misuse is detected.

GarudaMiles members participating in the First Reward Basic program can enjoy additional cashback of up to IDR 1 million by purchasing mutual fund products.
Terms and Conditions:
- GarudaMiles members must have participated in the First Reward Basic program.
- A minimum purchase of mutual fund products worth IDR 50 million qualifies for IDR 400,000 cashback (multiples apply).
- Maximum cashback is IDR 1 million. For example, a GarudaMiles member purchasing mutual funds worth IDR 150 million will receive cashback of IDR 1 million.
- GarudaMiles members eligible for the First Advance Wealth Management Program must use fresh funds outside of those allocated for the First Reward Basic program.
- Mutual fund purchases must be made within one (1) month after joining the First Reward Basic program.
- Eligible Wealth Management products include all mutual funds except money market funds.
- Cashback will be credited no later than two (2) months after signing the Program Participation Form (e.g., customers registering in January 2025 will receive their cashback in March 2025).
