  • Platinum & Gold Privilege Member (Garuda Indonesia): Lounge access minimum 4 hours prior to departure
  • Elite Plus/Platinum GA (SkyTeam Airline Partners): Lounge Access minimum 3 hours prior to departure based on SkyTeam policy changes
  • Access is only eligible for Elite Plus member and 1 plus customer travelling on the same flight
  • Only eligible at Garuda Executive Lounge Jakarta (CGK) and Denpasar (DPS)
  • Elite Plus customers transferring between two SkyTeam operated flights will continue to enjoy same-day/24-hour access at the point of connection
***) Baggage priority tag using “Gold” tag or Priority tag and baggage claimed at general conveyor belt for GarudaMiles Gold and Gold Privilege member with economy class flight. For GarudaMiles Platinum member, baggage claimed using priority baggage handling.
