  2. Fill out the Mandiri Garuda Debit Card application.
  3. Make the first deposit (for new customers).
  4. State your GarudaMiles number (9 digits) to be printed on the card. For customers who do not have a GarudaMiles ID, then register a GarudaMiles member on the Fly Garuda web/application first.
  5. Unable to request Mandiri Cobrand Garuda if the customer already has a Cobrand Garuda Debit card from another bank and a GarudaMiles Gold Privilege card.
  6. GarudaMiles membership level for those of you who have just registered to become a GarudaMiles member is Blue.

You will earn mileage for every transaction that you've done with Mandiri Garuda Debit Card. You will earn 1 GarudaMiles for every shopping transaction at offline/online store merchants of IDR 300,000. This is valid for transaction through merchants, EDCs, and e-commerce transactions

You will receive 1 debit card. GarudaMiles Blue and Silver membership card only available in digital format. You can download digital card via Garuda Indonesia Mobile Apps. While GarudaMiles Gold and Platinum Card will be printed and sent to Your address. If You are GarudaMiles Gold and Platinum member and still have valid GarudaMiles membership card, You will not receive a new card.
