BUMN / BUMD and private employees are required to attach a print out: a written travel permit based on work / official travel from the company's leadership, complete with a wet signature / electronic signature of the official and the candidate's identity for the trip. Informal workers must attach: print out of a written travel permit due to a non-homecoming business from the Head of the Kelurahan, which is equipped with a wet signature / electronic signature of the Head of the Village and the identity of the prospective trip. Non-working people are required to attach a print out of: a written travel permit due to work or important reasons not for going home from the Head of the Kelurahan, which is equipped with the wet-signature / electronic signature of the Head of the Kelurahan and the identity of the prospective trip. Travel permit or exit and entry permit (SIKM) required during the homecoming elimination period can be represented by a Quarantine Release Certificate.
