**) Effective on April 1st, 2025 SkyTeam is making some changes to the lounge access policy with the following details:
GarudaMiles Platinum & GarudaMiles Gold Privilege Member (flights with Garuda Indonesia): Lounge access minimum 4 hours prior to departure
Elite Plus/GarudaMiles Platinum (with SkyTeam Airline Partner flights): Lounge Access minimum 3 hours prior to departure based on SkyTeam policy changes.
Elite Plus passengers are eligible to bring a maximum of 1 (one) guest into the lounge as long as the guest is traveling with the same SkyTeam member airline.
Only eligible at Garuda Executive Lounge Jakarta (CGK) and Denpasar (DPS)
Elite Plus customers transferring between two SkyTeam operated flights will continue to enjoy same-day/24-hour access at the point of connection
Elite Plus/GarudaMiles Platinum members flying domestic routes with Garuda Indonesia or domestic routes with other SkyTeam member airlines can access the lounges as listed in the following link SkyTeam Lounges.
***) Baggage priority tag using “Gold” tag or Priority tag and baggage claimed at general conveyor belt for GarudaMiles Gold and Gold Privilege member with economy class flight. For GarudaMiles Platinum member, baggage claimed using priority baggage handling.
