Terms and Conditions

1. Upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class
   Eligible for Economy passenger with Economy Flexible, Economy Normal Price, Economy Lower Price, and Economy Promo holder.
2. Upgrade from Business Class to First Class
   Eligible for Business Class Passenger with Business Class Highest Price, Business Class Lower Price, Business Class Promo holder.
3. The offer is not applicable for infant
4. There will be no refunds, exchange, or credits once your offer has been accepted, except under the following conditions including, the flight is cancelled, failed on re-accommodating, force majeure, change in fleet type, or technical error that may endangered passenger.
    

Mechanism

Your participation in the Instant Upgrade program can only be done a minimum of 48 hours before the flight, either via the website (on this page) or via the FlyGaruda App:

1. Enter your PNR (booking code) and last name to verify your eligibility by joining Instant Upgrade Program.
   
2. If your status is "eligible", the detailed of your flight will appear on page
   
3. On the offer page, a "buy now" button will appear to navigate your payment details and price. The advantage of Instant Upgrade is that without going through a bidding process, you get the opportunity directly to move up to a higher cabin class.
4. After you received the confirmation detail about the availability of the higher-class cabin, you will proceed to the payment info page. However, if the higher class cabin is not available, you may not proceed to the payment page.
5. Please ensure to check your flight details before you enter the number of your payment card.
   
6. Passengers will be emailed about the success of your upgrade along with the new e-ticket.
