You don’t need to go into the trouble of hunting for local products offline anymore, as we have partnered with various local merchants, offering curated food and iconic souvenirs for You to take home. We will ensure that Your products are delivered to the airport (departure gate); you are required to report to the check-in counter at the airport so that the product can be received on the conveyor belt at the arrival gate.

Terms and Conditions :

  1. The Garuda Oleh-Oleh product catalog is available on website https://garuda-oleh-oleh.garuda-indonesia.com/ and FlyGaruda App.
  2. Passengers can order Garuda Oleh-Oleh products exclusively on FlyGaruda App and      website up to 24 hours before the flight. (Special for Sorong must be completed at least 48 hours before departure).
  3. Garuda Oleh-Oleh products are only available on Domestic Routes (direct flight).
  4. Garuda Oleh-Oleh products can only be ordered from the passenger's departure/origin city and in accordance with the passenger's flight schedule.
  5. Passengers who successfully order Garuda Oleh-Oleh products will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Garuda Indonesia call center.
  6. Every passenger who are purchasing Garuda Oleh-Oleh products is required to report to the check-in counter at the departure gate, including those who have already online checked-in.
  7. Garuda Oleh-Oleh products can also be ordered for connecting routes.
    However, passengers must re-report at the transit airport check-in counter, and if the connecting flight is “through check-in”, passengers may not be able to order Garuda Oleh-Oleh products.
  8. Garuda Oleh-Oleh products will be registered as checked baggage.
  9. Purchased Garuda Oleh-Oleh products cannot be exchanged, refunded, and/or rescheduled.
  10. Passengers are required to record a video while unpacking the product as an evidence of its condition upon receipt.
  11. If any packaging damage or defects are noticed upon retrieving your items from the conveyor belt at the arrival airport, please notify Garuda Indonesia customer service.
  12. If passengers experience delays in picking up Garuda Oleh-Oleh products on the conveyor belt at the arrival airport for more than 24 hours, Garuda Indonesia is not responsible for any packaging nor product damage and defects.
  13. A grace period of 2 (two) hours is allowed for delays and/or mishandling, should the delay below 2 hours, passengers are not be able file a complaint/refund for the item.
  14. Any refund from involuntary activities (caused by airline), the refund cost is exclude the admin fee of 1%.
  15. Should you discover any damage after unpacking the product, passengers are allow to file a claim no later than 3 days after the scheduled time of passenger’s arrival by contacting Garuda Indonesia Call Center at +62 21 2351 9999 and/or Garuda Indonesia WhatsApp service at +62811 2 807 807.
  16. If passengers are filing the claim more than 3 days after the scheduled time of arrival, Garuda Indonesia and Merchants has the right to disapprove the claim request.
  17. GarudaMiles only acts as distribution platform and is not responsible for service/product from merchants. GarudaMiles is not responsible for complaints and/or claims related to products and /or services offered by merchants.
  18. Garuda Indonesia reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  2. After inputting the booking code, passengers will receive a flight detail pop-up (including name, departure/arrival times, and departure airport) to confirm flight details. This information will be tailored for delivery to the local airport through the merchant dashboard.
    You will also gain access to the product page once the inputted booking code is verified

  3. To place an order, a range of Garuda Oleh-Oleh products is showcased on the “shopping cart” icon at the top right corner. If you wish to modify your cart, click the plus and minus icons to add or subtract the quantity of items

  4. Next, you must fill in the required information to confirm your order status. Please ensure all information is accurate before proceeding to the next step


  5. Passengers will tick several notices concerning requirements and customs duties (if applicable) before proceeding to the checkout process. After placing the order, payment details will appear on the next page. Payment must be completed no later than 24 hours before departure. Merchants will be notified about the package details upon successful payment
