Premium airport transfer services hailing from and to Destination Airport to Your Final Destination such as hotels, tourist attractions and/or shopping centers. This service also applies vice versa, from Your final destination to Your departure airport. Premium airport transfer service is available at selected airports and destinations served by Garuda Indonesia.

For Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental service, you can hire a professional driver for a designated duration, granting you full flexibility for multiple stops or visits to various locations as needed. Available at select airports served by Garuda Indonesia, this service is tailored to meet your travel requirements.

  • Airport Transfer and Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental services can be booked via the FlyGaruda app no later than 24 hours before the local arrival time at your destination.

  • Customers are required to provide complete information, including passenger name, flight details, pickup time, pickup and destination addresses, number of passengers, baggage details, and any special requests.

  • Customers can choose from a variety of vehicle types, with clear information provided, including photos and pricing for each option.

  • Specifically for CGK Airport, Tolls and parking fees are already included in the price except for toll JORR II road charge. Driver TRAC may ask for additional expenses.

  • Complimentary waiting time is available: 90 minutes for airport pickups and 30 minutes for non-airport pickups.

  • If issues arise during pickup, passengers can directly contact the driver to report the problem, and additional waiting time will be granted if needed.

  • Airport Transfer cover transportation between the specified airport and a designated destination within an agreed radius, with no stops made before reaching the agreed destination.

  • Car Rental with Chauffeur service allows you to hire a professional driver for a specific duration, providing you with full flexibility to make multiple stops or visit various locations as needed.

  • Rates are determined based on distance, vehicle type, and other relevant factors. Additional fees may apply for extra services or special requests. Payments must be made in advance using the designated payment methods. Garuda Indonesia and TRAC reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings.

    Any changes to booking details, including pickup time or location, must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time through:

  • Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental service durations cannot be extended, and if the rental period exceeds 00:01, the system will automatically calculate and add night rates to the bill.
  • Garuda Indonesia and TRAC are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond control, including traffic conditions, weather, or unexpected events. Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details and arriving on time.

  • By using Garuda Indonesia’s Airport Transfer and Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental services supported by TRAC, customers consent to the collection and transfer of their personal data to TRAC in accordance with applicable privacy policies. More Info.

  • Insurance protection for drivers and passengers (Personal Accident) is provided by TRAC insurance, with coverage of up to IDR 10,000,000, subject to the terms and conditions stated in TRAC’s insurance policy. More Info.

  1. Select MyTrip menu on Fly Garuda Apps, enter your booking code/ticket number. Then will appear your flight information and option for additional services, select Airport Transfer.
     

  2. Specify your pick-up location or destination (from or to the airport). Enter the pick-up date and time, along with the complete pick-up and drop-off address. Click Search to view the available vehicles.


  3. Choose a vehicle that suits your needs, both in terms of passenger capacity and luggage space.


     
  4. Complete the contact information and passenger details, including:

    • Passenger name
    • Passenger identification number
    • Number of passengers (adults, children, infants)
    • Valid email address
    • Phone number
    • GarudaMiles number (if any)
    After that, click Save Contact.

  5. Ensure that the number of passengers and luggage matches the capacity of the selected vehicle. If all the information is correct, proceed to payment.


  6. After making the payment, the order status will be displayed as follows:


  1. Visit www.garuda-indonesia.com, and select the Additional Service.

  2. Next, select Airport Transfer.

  3. Click “In Indonesia” airport, then enter the arrival airport, destination address (city), and the date and time of arrival. If you want to book from the other direction, click the arrow button between the City and Airport fields to switch the trip direction. Once the information is filled in correctly click Search.

  4. A list of available car types will be displayed based on the airport location, along with rates counted according to the distance. Select your preferred car type by clicking Book.

  5. Enter your booking reference (PNR) and your last name as per your flight ticket, then click Verify Booking Code.

  6. The system will retrieve your booking and show the passenger details along with the flight schedule. If all the information is correct, click Continue Reservation.

  7. Fill in the required details, including full name, mobile number, email, and the number of passengers.


  8. Select a payment method and complete the transaction to confirm your booking. Once the payment is successful, an e-voucher or booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

  1. Open the FlyGaruda app and go to the MyTrip menu. Enter your booking code or ticket number. Your flight information will then be displayed along with additional service options. Select Car Rental.

  2. Enter your trip details by filling in the destination, pick-up location, pick-up date and time, and rental duration. Then, click Search.


  3. Select an available vehicle that matches your required capacity.


  4. Complete the contact information and passenger details, including:

    • Passenger name
    • Passenger identification number
    • Number of passengers (adults, children, infants)
    • Valid email address
    • Phone number
    • GarudaMiles number (if any)
    After that, click Save Contact.

  5. PEnter the number of passengers (adults, children, infants) and the amount of luggage. Ensure that the capacity matches the selected vehicle type. If all the information is correct, proceed to payment.


     
  6. After making the payment, the order status will be displayed as follows:

  3. Choose the city for car rental, then enter the pick-up location, rental date, pick-up time, and rental duration.

  4. A list of available car types will be displayed based on the selected location, along with prices according to the car type and rental duration. Select your preferred car type by clicking Book.

  5. If all details are correct, click Continue Reservation.

  6. Fill in the required details, including full name, ID number, mobile number, email, and the number of passengers.

  7. After verifying all information, proceed to payment to complete the booking. Once the payment is successful, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
