  • This program is only valid for Garuda Indonesia passengers who make bookings through FlyGaruda App.
  • Passengers can access this promo through “MyTrip” menu in the app by submitting Booking Code and Last Name.
  • Discount 10% will be given for various available Telkomsel Roaming Packages.
  • It is recommended to activate the RoaMAX package on FlyGaruda on the departure date.
  • The package is valid for 24 hours from the time of activation.
  • Maximum activation period for the RoaMAX package is 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Package prices include taxes.
  • You can activate more than one package as needed.
  • If the quota of the package runs out but the package is still active, internet access will be blocked to avoid standard rates. Reactivate the package to continue the roaming service.
  • Check your quota usage through My Telkomsel App or by contacting *266#.
  • Fee applies to all operators in the destination country according to the country coverage list.
  • Applies to kartuHalo, simPATI, Kartu As, and Loop customers.
  • RoaMAX Asia Australia package is valid in one country per activation, does not apply to multiple countries, and does not support tethering.
  • RoaMAX USA, Canada, and Europe package is valid for multiple countries (76 countries), including transit countries in Asia Australia, and supports tethering.
  • Purchased packages are non-refundable.

  1. Select "MyTrip" menu on the main page of the FlyGaruda App, then click "add my trip" at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter your booking code/ticket number, last name, registered email, and phone number. Check terms and conditions. Then click "Add Booking Code".
  3. Select product from "Telkomsel Roaming Package" at the bottom of your flight information screen.
  4. Choose the type of Telkomsel Roaming Package based on your needs.
  5. After selecting the package you need, details related to the chosen package will appear. Enter your email address and click "Buy with Promo Code". Make sure you have read and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions by checking the checkbox provided.
  6. Then you will be redirected to “Activated Period” detail page, which provide the activation details of your package.
  7. If the details are correct, you will proceed to the payment page. Enter the details of your debit/credit card that you will use for payment. Please note that payment for the Telkomsel Roaming Package can only be made with a debit and/or credit card.
  8. If all the personal information is complete, please proceed to the payment process by clicking the "Continue Payment" link
  9. Confirm and make the payment for the amount shown in the FlyGaruda app by clicking the "Confirm & Pay" link.
  10. You will be directed to the Transaction Information page. Please enter your Telkomsel phone number that you will activate for purchasing the Roaming Package.
  11. After submit Telkomsel phone number you want to activate, click "Activate" and set it to activate on your flight date.
  12. A pop-up notification will appear to activate your Telkomsel Roaming Package. Click "Yes" to proceed once you've confirmed the activation details are correct.
  13. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the phone number verification process, then click "Check Number" at the bottom of the page.
  14. You will be directed to the next page, where it will show that your internet package has been activated.
